Now Is Not Time to Let Up: The Pandemic Is Far From Being Over

A Pandemic is thoroughly disruptive and terribly inconvenient, but death and dying are even more so. The point is that now is not the time to let up. Even though the rates of infections have slowed considerably, the death rate is still too high. And, new and even more dangerous variants are still emerging.

As a Parent and Grandparent, I empathize wholeheartedly with all those who want their children back in school and without the wearing of masks. Children and their parents have suffered for way too long. I get it why…
